  • Leasing, Pay-Per-Use, and Refurbished Equipment: Separate agreements govern leasing/financing and may include additional terms. Certified refurbished equipment is sold with any applicable limited warranty clearly disclosed at the time of sale; most refurbished sales are final.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
